Services

The Consumer: The purpose of this site is to introduce you to a professional solar installation expert. Our company will pass on your details to an experienced technician to work out the best option based on your requirements.

Any advice, installation or any other information in relation to such services shall be given by the solar installation company assigned to you, and not by us. Any information on this site in relation to cost savings is an approximation and cannot be used as an accurate assessment of power consumption and/or savings. This can only be accurately assessed on-site by a solar installation expert.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the Content you own, under these Terms, Price My Solar and its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website.

You (the customer) are granted a limited licence only for the purposes of viewing the material contained on this website.

You (the solar installer) may not replicate or use the methods, quiz and SMS verification systems that Fly Me High Limited uses to provide you with an introduction for services.

Any usage of the Content on this site, of processes that obtain information for a quote, and/or of services must be authorised in writing by the owner of Fly Me High Limited.

Restrictions

You (customers and solar installers) are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• publishing, copying or replicating the lead concept and use of SMS or any website material in any other media;
• selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercialising any website material — this applies to selling customer information to third-party installers or sub-agents/contractors associated with the solar installer;
• publicly performing and/or showing any website material;
• using this website in any way that is or may be damaging to this website;
• using this website in any way that impacts user access to this website;
• using this website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way that may cause harm to the website, or to any person or business entity;
• selling leads to a third party, or using a third party to replicate the flow and methodology of this site for the purpose of generating your own leads, for a period of 24 months;
• engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this website;
• using this website to engage in any advertising or marketing.

Certain areas of this website are restricted from being accessed by you, and Price My Solar may further restrict access by you to any areas of this website, at any time, at absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this website are confidential, and you must maintain that confidentiality as well. Nothing contained on this website shall be interpreted as advising you and cannot be used as solar, electrical, financial or investment advice. Any advice regarding system design, product suitability, financing or savings is given by the selected solar installer you engage with.

Any claim arising from or relating to such services provided by a third party — including an installer or a customer — shall be between you both.

Your Content

In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images, SMS messages or other material you choose to display on this website. By displaying Your Content, you grant Price My Solar a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third party's rights. Price My Solar reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this website at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

All quotes provided online are an "estimation" based on the limited information provided.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Fly Me High Limited, trading as PriceMySolar.com.au, from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms, including but not limited to the introduction of a third-party specialist with whom you engage.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variation of Terms

Price My Solar (Fly Me High Limited) is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Assignment

Price My Solar (Fly Me High Limited) is allowed to assign, transfer and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
